Sheila is a Certified Professional in Talent Development with more than 20 years of experience partnering with people and organizations. She is an expert in communication strategies, group dynamics and collaborative work practices, emotional intelligence and compassion, training delivery and meeting facilitation, and performance improvement.
Sheila holds a BA in Business-Economics and a MS in Adult and Higher Education. She has consulting experience across many sectors - banking, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing. She is a Certified Facilitator for Everything DiSC Workplace and a Level 1 Certified Facilitator for Compassionate Integrity Training through Life University Center for Compassion, Integrity, and Secular Ethics.
